1. Time taken to deliver your product?
When you order from our website, we ensure that your order is processed within 24-48 hours and delivered to you in 7-10 business days. We have mentioned the approximately delivery time associated with each product. 2. Delivery/Shipping Charges?
As of now we offer limited period Free shipping across India. Also, shipping charges cannot be waived off with discount coupons. Yes, we do ship internationally as well.
3. Change of Shipping Address.
In case you want to change your shipping address after placing the order, then please call our customer service at +91 9330 5555 95. If the order is already shipped then we will not be able to change the shipping address.
4. Tracking your Order
Please log on to my account page of fashionnation.in. You can track the status of your order from My Orders section under My Account.
5. My product is damaged or wrong product is delivered?
This almost never happens. Firstly we apologize for this goof up. A few of our designers do not accept the returns once the product is sold. Please read the product return policy on the product page. In case we have shipped you a damaged product or wrong product has been delivered to you, then we will replace the same product as soon as possible or we will give you a credit note or a discount coupon. Please ensure to call or email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the product otherwise we will not be able to initiate returns. Please read our Refunds Policy for more information.
6. How will I receive the refund?
All refunds will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your account. FashionNation.in does not encourage return of cash as we wish to keep our customers happy so we give a discount coupon or a credit note.

7. What do you mean by a “designer” product?
In common language, whatever looks different and indefinable becomes “designer – something”. However, when we say designer product, we mean products designed by a designer keeping a specific use and aim in his/her mind.
8. What is “design”?
The day one can answer “Why are we here in this world” will be the day that would precede the day when the challenge of defining design would be accomplished. However, in super simple terms, design is creating something purposeful.
9. Are all the designers, certified and qualified designers?
The designers who are a part of FashionNation are professional designers, who are immensely talented and handpicked by us to bring you the best that India has to offer. To become a designer, one does not necessarily require a degree or certificate. Being a "Designer" is a trait, an ability, a gift that some of us humans possess or acquire.
10. How long will it take to ship the products?
For most products, delivery within India (we do not ship international, as of now) would usually take 5-7 working days for your order to reach you. However, this may vary from product to product, as some are made on order or require customisation. For exact shipping time, please refer to the shipping and returns section of each product.
11. Who can buy on FashionNation.in?
The goodness of design is meant to be spread amongst all. Design does not discriminate.
12. How can one pay for an order on FashionNation.in?
Currently we offer a variety of online payment methods like credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.
13. Is there an option for Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You can check the availability at http://www.fashionnation.in/pages/check-cod-service. It's valid after verification only and at an additional charge of Rs.150 per order.
14. Do you have a physical retail store?
In this super connected world of ours where we are connected with one another 24-7 through the internet, having a brick and mortar store would mean limiting the goodness of design geographically. Therefore, we are always online! Get in touch with us if you have any questions about anything.

16. Do you ship outside India?

17. What is this Behind The Scene band on a few products?
If a product displays “Behind The Scene”, it means you can click on it and view how the product was made. Each design that is created undergoes an intense process of planning, thinking and then finally enters the creation phase. This involves numerous sleepless nights and hours of hardwork. We want you to experience the process through the
eyes of the designer itself and thus bring you this unique feature.This is not there for all the products

19. Are the prices inclusive of Taxes?
The prices of all the products at FashionNation Store are inclusive of all taxes. You don’t need to pay anything extra than the price mentioned for the product. In the case of international shipments, your country might levy import duty or other charges, that are to be borne by you.
20.Is it possible to order product which is out of stock?
Unlike mass produced products, designer products are produced in small quantities. It is likely that the product goes out of stock for a short period of time but it may returns back. You can add out of stock products to your wish-list and we will inform you as soon as they return back in stock.We are always at the Service of the Customer.
How do I find out the status of my order?
You can login and click on the top right corner of the website where your name appears to go to your “Profile”. Click on the “My Orders” section to view all your orders and their current status.
I have placed an order and now I would like to change it. What can I do?
We can make changes to your order within 24hrs of placing it. Please get in touch with us or write to us.
